Q Is the pool heated?
Yes. The heated infinity pool can be used most of the year (weather permitting). Towels and loungers are provided.
Q What is the villa’s capacity?
The villa offers 4 bedrooms in the main house and a fully equipped air-conditioned guest house — for a total of 5 bedrooms and up to 10 guests.
Q What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 3 pm–8 pm · Check-out: before 11 am. Other times may be possible depending on availability.
Q What is the security deposit?
€2,000 for a standard stay. €5,000 may apply for events (filming, receptions). More details in the Terms & Conditions.
Q What is the cancellation policy?
A 30% deposit is required upon booking (non-refundable except force majeure). Balance due 30 days before arrival. See Terms.
Q Are pets allowed?
No, unless prior written agreement is obtained.
Q Is there air conditioning?
Yes, full ducted air conditioning in both the main villa and the guest house.
Q Are linen and cleaning included?
Bed linen and towels are provided. Weekly cleaning included. End-of-stay cleaning extra. Additional cleaning on request.
Q How do I book and pay?
Use the Booking page. A 30% deposit is required to confirm, balance by bank transfer 30 days before arrival.
Q Is the villa suitable during the Nîmes Férias?
Yes — perfect for both the Feria de Pentecost and the Vendanges Feria. The villa is located in a quiet residential district (please notify us if planning a reception).
Q Is the villa suitable for the Nîmes Festival?
Yes. The villa is ideal during the Nîmes Festival:
fast access to the Arena, full air conditioning, generous living spaces,
and a private guest house providing privacy and comfort.
It is perfect for families or groups attending the concerts.
Q Is the villa suitable for a convention or business stay?
Yes. Located close to the Nîmes Convention Center,
the villa is perfectly suited for professional teams, speakers and organisers.
With 5 bedrooms, a private guest house, high-speed Wi-Fi and private parking,
it is a premium accommodation option ideal for corporate groups.

Q Parking & access
Private parking available on the property (depending on configuration). Easy access from Nîmes city centre and main roads. The exact address is provided after booking.
Q Children & pool safety
Baby cot on request, high chair (subject to availability). The pool has compliant safety equipment, but active supervision of children is mandatory at all times.
Q Do you host seminars or filming?
Yes, upon study. Please provide details (participants, times, equipment). Specific conditions and adapted deposits may apply.
